Pricing

Our initial assessment and treatment session is charged at £95 and can take up to 1.5 hours, as it includes a detailed discussion of your history, a thorough physical assessment, goal-setting, and starting your tailored treatment right away. This is in addition to the 20–30 minutes Claire will have already spent with you on the free discovery phone call beforehand—so you’re typically receiving close to two full hours of dedicated, one-to-one specialist time for that initial £95 investment.

Follow-up sessions are around 60 minutes and also priced at £95, but we offer a £10 discount when you commit to a block of 6 follow-up sessions upfront. This works out to £85 per session and helps many people achieve the best progress by allowing consistent, progressive rehabilitation without interruption.
